Your subscription to the VerifiedAgent program includes all of the following, and more:
- Your first year’s Verification, starting from your date of sign up

- Legitimate, unique and tangible branding enhancement, differentiation and competitive advantage (less than 1% of agents are verified)
To become a VPA™, you must meet the following criteria:
- Work full time in Real Estate
- Have completed at least 24 sales (on a cumulative basis, not “per year”) in the prior three years
- Have at least 10 fully satisfied past clients who will recommend you without any hesitation
- Have at least three peer agents from other firms who will attest to your professionalism and competency
- Have a clean record of professional conduct
Your Verification information is subject to random audit where you may be asked to provide more detailed documentation to ensure the veracity of the information being Verified.
After you complete the sign up process, you will be asked to provide us with the information we need to Verify that you meet the above qualifications. There is no time limit to get Verified, and our team will do everything we can to help expedite the process on your behalf.
I meet the above qualifications and hereby confirm that I am able to satisfy the requirements of the VPA™ Verification process. I understand that it is my responsibility to provide the information necessary to become Verified, that I will not be a VPA™ until all of the requirements have been independently Verified by Verified Professionals, LLC, that my profile will not appear on VerifiedAgent.com until I am successfully Verified and that no refunds will be provided in the event I am unable to meet the Verification requirements. Further, I understand that I will be charged a subscription fee of $247 for my first year’s Verification. Finally, I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
